CBM Landing Page Terms – Affiliate

Cashback Marketing is an advertising portal website. By using Cashback Marketing (www.cashbackmarketing.online), MEMBER agrees to the full terms, conditions, and privacy policy of Cashback Marketing and PI.
This Agreement is between you (“you”, “MEMBER” or “user”) and Cashback Marketing. “Cashback Marketing” or "CBM" or "Services" is a product of Perfect Internet Inc. (herein referred to as "PI") with a registered office at 7251 W Lake Mead Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89128 and with an administration/postal office at 3140N Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89108. We Share Success Inc. (www.wesharesuccess.com) manages Cashback Marketing. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Cashback Marketing. Services, including our various websites, SMS, APIs, email notifications, applications, buttons, widgets, ads, commerce services, and any information, text, graphics, photos or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Services (collectively referred to as “Content”). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary and full right, power, authority, and capability to accept these terms and to perform your obligations hereunder. You can accept the terms by signing and clicking to agree to these terms at the bottom of this website. You may not participate in Cashback Marketing and may not accept the terms if you are not of legal age to do business and enter into contracts in your local jurisdiction, where not restricted by law. You may not participate in Cashback Marketing if you do not accept these terms. By accepting the terms, you agree as follows:
(a) Definitions:

• i. Marketing Unit: Cashback Marketing offers Marketing Tools to assist business owners and independent marketers with their business promotions. These Marketing Tools are purchased through a standard unit called "Marketing Unit." Marketing Units must be purchased in order for MEMBER to promote any business through Cashback Marketing or receive any cashback from Cashback Marketing.
• ii. Park, Parking, Parked: "Park" or "Parking" or "Parked" refers to the action of Marketing Units being placed in the Global Marketing Pool or Personal Marketing Pool.
• iii. Global Marketing Pool: Cashback Marketing offers a global pool where MEMBER can park Marketing Units to collect daily cashback as available.
• iv. Personal Marketing Pool: Cashback Marketing offers a personal pool where MEMBER can park Marketing Units. Marketing Units in the Personal Marketing Pool can be used to purchase Marketing Instruments to promote their business, products, or services.
• v. Marketing Instrument: Cashback Marketing offers a variety of Marketing Tools or so called "Marketing Instruments" such as articles, banner ads, event promotions, deals, and more.
• vi. Cashback: Cashback Marketing offers a daily reward to their advertising customers in the form of a percentage of the purchase price of Marketing Units, so long as the Marketing Units are parked in the Global Marketing Pool. Cashback can range from 0-1% daily with 1% being the daily maximum limit. CASHBACK IS NOT AN INVESTMENT OR FINANCIAL PRODUCT OF ANY KIND. There are no guarantees of cashback each day and these terms can change at any time without notice.

(b) CBM Affiliate Terms: MEMBER AGREES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY MUST ABIDE BY AND FOLLOW ALL TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY OF PI, WE SHARE SUCCESS, AND CASHBACK MARKETING AS AN AFFILIATE.
The Cashback Marketing Affiliate Program is open to all members of PI who at the time of application are 14 years old or older or legally able to enter into contracts within your local jurisdiction, and where not prohibited by law. There is no charge to take part or earn commissions in the Cashback Marketing Affiliate Program. The Cashback Marketing Affiliate Program is managed by We Share Success (www.wesharesuccess.com).

• i. How to become a CBM Affiliate: As per the PI Terms, MEMBER must fill in their profile with their real name, address, Date of Birth, and additionally upload their Proof of Identity (POI), at We Share Success and follow all Affiliate Reward Membership Level terms.
  Should MEMBER'S Affiliate status be denied or canceled due to inaccuracies or uploading improper or false profile information and/or POI, then all due CBM commissions or family bonus rewards will be forfeited and MEMBER risks losing their entire PI account including all benefits, rewards, and any other due compensation.
• ii. How the CBM Affiliate Program works: MEMBER shares or promotes their CBM referral link, and for all new members signing up directly from those links, they will be in MEMBER'S first generation of directly invited members. For all sales received from those directly invited members and their subsequently invited members in the same fashion 5 generations deep, MEMBER will receive the applicable reward as defined in the CBM Member Rewards section.
  
  AFFILIATE MEMBER IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM PROMOTING OR ADVERTISING CASHBACK MARKETING AS ANY KIND OF FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY, SERVICE, OR PRODUCT. AFFILIATE MEMBER IS ALSO PROHIBITED FROM MODIFYING OR CHANGING ANY OFFICIAL CBM PROMOTIONAL TOOLS AND MUST OBEY ALL PI TERMS, (SEE PI TERMS SECTION 1). AFFILIATE MEMBER ALSO ACKNOWLEDGES THAT CASHBACK MARKETING HAS A ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SPAM; ANY REPORT OF SPAM RECEIVED FROM AFFILIATE MEMBER MAY LEAD TO ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND CONSEQUENCES THEREOF.

(c) CBM Affiliate Member Rewards:

• i. CBM Affiliate Commissions: Affiliate Members may earn commissions through the sale of Marketing Units through the Cashback Marketing website (www.cashbackmarketing.online). The Affiliate Member earns a twenty-percent (20%) cash commission for all sales of Marketing Units made to their PI First Generation. PI First Generation means other PI Members directly invited by MEMBER through any of their personal PI Referral Links. MEMBER DOES NOT EARN COMMISSIONS ON THEIR OWN MARKETING UNIT PURCHASES AT CASHBACK MARKETING. PURCHASING MARKETING UNITS IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE A CASHBACK MARKETING AFFILIATE NOR WILL MEMBER'S OWN MARKETING UNIT PURCHASES INCREASE MEMBER'S COMMISSIONS FROM CASHBACK MARKETING.
• ii. CBM PI Family Bonus For Affiliates:  AFFILIATE MEMBERS may collect a PI Family Bonus on any CBM Marketing Unit sale made by the Affiliate Member’s Generations 1-5. For Cashback Marketing, the Family Bonus is a 2% Cash bonus on the sale made by the Affiliate Member's Generations 1-5. (See the "PI 5-Generation Family Bonus Program" in the PI Terms for complete details.) There are no PI Badges required in order to collect PI Family Bonuses through Cashback Marketing.

(d) Cashout Terms: Cash earned through commissions, Family Bonuses, or collected from cashback is available for MEMBER to withdraw from their account per the following terms. Basic Members are not able to cashout any rewards or bonuses in cash. ALL MEMBERS WHO PURCHASE MARKETING UNITS AND PARK THEM INTO THE GLOBAL MARKETING POOL TO COLLECT CASHBACK MUST BECOME AN AFFILIATE BEFORE ANY CASH IS WITHDRAWN FROM THEIR ACCOUNT (SEE AFFILIATE SECTION FOR DETAILS). Members who only use cashback to purchase additional Marketing Units from Cashback Marketing do not need to become an Affiliate.

• i. First time Withdrawal:  Once you have collected more than US$50 on your account, you will need to either apply for our Company Payoneer Card or choose the Payoneer bank wire transfer option in order to receive payments. See the CBM FAQ after login for assistance in setting up your payment account. MEMBER may only have one (1) Payoneer account, therefore if MEMBER already has an existing Payoneer account, during the payout method set up process, MEMBER will be asked to link their current Payoneer account. Be aware that not all Payoneer accounts fall under equal terms; PI has negotiated the best terms for its members with low fees. MEMBER is advised if they do not already have a Payoneer account to sign up through the official first time withdrawal process to have the best terms for their Payoneer account.
  Some Jurisdictions might request additional forms (like tax forms) to be filed before the first payout. Additional terms may apply depending on the payment option chosen. Payment option cannot be changed once chosen. If you have any specific challenge with your payment option, contact our Support Team for assistance.
• ii. Subsequent Withdrawals: Once payment method is established, whenever MEMBER'S account balance meets or exceeds US$50, MEMBER is eligible to withdraw their available funds via their chosen payment method. There are no limits each day, on the number of times MEMBER is able to cashout their account from CBM whenever the minimum balance is reached. Payoneer may have limits to the number of times or daily maximum amounts for card loads or wire transfers, see Payoneer FAQ for more information.

(e) Disclaimer: THESE TERMS MAY CHANGE AT ANYTIME WITHOUT NOTICE. CASHBACK MARKETING RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CLOSE CASHBACK MARKETING TO NEW MEMBERS AT ANY TIME. CASHBACK MARKETING RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF MARKETING UNITS AVAILABLE FOR SALE AND/OR CLOSE THE SALE OF MARKETING UNITS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. CASHBACK MARKETING RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF MARKETING UNITS IN THE GLOBAL MARKETING POOL AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
Cashback Marketing reserves the right to amend or update these official terms at any time. Notice of changes to these terms will be prominently displayed across PI websites after MEMBER login and your continued use of the Cashback Marketing website represents your agreement to the updated terms.
